Skip Frost
Owner – Farm Agent
Skip has been a resident of the Shenandoah Valley from a young age, having lived in Port Republic and Bridgewater, then later moving to Luray where he resides with his wife April. He has been an insurance advisor for 25 years, establishing lasting relationships as a trusted insurance professional. He holds licenses in Life & Health as well as Property & Casualty Insurance with expertise in farm and commercial markets. Approaching each account as if it were his own, Skip strives to help his clients choose the best coverages for their individual needs. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, road cycling, mountain biking, and restoring classic cars.
Brian Showalter
Owner – Farm Agent
Brian was born and raised on a beef cattle/poultry operation in Rockingham County. He now resides in Bridgewater with his wife of 25 years and their youngest son Jesse. Jordan, his oldest son, who also works at Integrity Insurance was married in November of 2020. Brian has been assisting farmers with their insurance needs for over 20 years and holds licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. The agriculture market has seen many changes over the last 10 years as farmers are diversifying and Brian enjoys the challenge of helping farmers get the needed insurance protection in place. In his spare time you can find him on the golf course, the mountains or umpiring on a baseball or softball field.
Brandon Crawford
Owner – Farm Agent
Brandon was born and raised on his family’s poultry farm in Fulks Run before attending Virginia Tech, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Now residing in Broadway with his wife Brooke and his three children, Preston, Grant and Ruby. He has been a farm insurance advisor for over 15 years. He holds licenses in Property & Casualty insurance as well as Life &Health. Brandon takes pride in working with farmers to find the best coverage and price for their individual needs in an ever-changing market. When not at work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family outdoors on camping and fishing excursions as well as the occasional round of golf.
Larry Showalter
Owner – Farm Agent
Larry is a Shenandoah Valley native that grew up in the middle of the poultry capital of the world. Now residing in Penn Laird, he has been helping clients with their insurance needs for over 25 years. He along with his wife Twila and 15-year business partner Curtis Steele built TLC Insurance from the ground before merging with Integrity in 2016. He holds licenses in Property & Casualty insurance as well as Life & Health. Since 2016 he has specialized is farm insurance and really enjoys all aspects of the farm and working with farmers, especially the hands-on approach needed with farmers to help them find coverage solutions in the vastly changing and evolving agriculture market. Larry enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors and especially raising money for his family’s non-profit organization The Twila & Larry Showalter Cancer Fund that helps local family’s battling cancer.
Curtis Steele
Owner – Farm Agent
Curtis was born and raised in Bridgewater, Virginia. He attended Bridgewater College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business in 1997. In 2003 he joined Larry and Twila Showalter at TLC Insurance focusing on property, auto, home and life insurance. He spent the next eleven years building his knowledge of the insurance industry. Curtis joined Integrity Insurance Group in 2016 and has since added farm insurance to his portfolio. Curtis enjoys working with local farmers and prides himself on assisting them with their insurance needs. He holds licenses in Property & Casualty insurance as well as Life & Health. Curtis resides in Rockingham County with his wife, Tammy, and two children, Braelon and Laney. He enjoys hunting and family vacations to the Outer Banks.
Jordan Showalter
Insurance Advisor
Jordan has lived in the Shenandoah Valley his entire life and gained his interest in the insurance industry from his father, Brian. He and his wife, Lottie, currently reside in Mount Crawford, VA. Upon graduating from Bridgewater College with a degree in Business Administration in 2018, Jordan received his Property & Casualty license shortly after and has been an agent since January of 2019. Specializing in the personal lines market, Jordan is eager to grow relationships with his clients and help them feel secure with their insurance needs. In his spare time Jordan enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and friends.
Wes Walls
Insurance Advisor
Wes is a Southern, WV (Logan Co) native that moved to the Panhandle of WV (Pendleton Co) in 1995 where he met his wife of 25 years (as of August 2024). Wes and his wife Krista reside in Elkton, VA and have been blessed with their daughter Krislyn, who is attending EMU and their son Camden, who is attending East Rockingham High School. Wes is a 15+ year veteran of the insurance business specializing in Commercial, Auto, Home, Rental, Farm and Life Insurance. Wes will manage and operate the new Integrity location in downtown Elkton, VA where he will build relationships in Elkton and surrounding communities. Wes also serves on the Planning & Development Advisory Board for the Town of Elkton and is very involved in coaching basketball and developing deep roots in his community. In Wes’ spare time, he and his family enjoy quality time together, attending church, poolside days, traveling, beach trips, boating, cheerleading competitions and basketball.
Doug Shirley

Doug began his insurance career in 2000, holding licenses in Life & Health as well as Property & Casualty. Through years of working in a multi-line insurance environment, Doug’s passion evolved into a desire to help his clients with their Life Insurance and Long-Term care insurance needs. A lifelong resident of the Shenandoah Valley, Doug enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Kathy Lilly

Kathy has always lived in the Shenandoah Valley, a place she loves to call home. After previously working in the mortgage industry for many years, she was excited to join the team at Integrity Insurance Group. She is a licensed Property & Casualty agent and is always enthusiastic with assisting others in a prompt and friendly manner. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys hiking the mountains, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her animals.
Christina Dove
Customer Service Specialist
Christina Dove is a lifelong resident of Rockingham County. She is currently living on a cattle and poultry farm in Broadway, VA with her partner, Michael and children Noah, Avery and Kolson. Christina has her Property and Casualty License in Virginia. She left a career of working in the school system to start an insurance career helping people find adequate insurance for their unique situations. She has spent her whole life on a farm and when she isn’t assisting clients with their insurance needs, you can find her doing farm chores with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being on the farm surrounded by her cows or on a tractor.
Kolby Foltz

Kolby is a West Virginia native, growing up and currently residing in Mathias where he manages the family poultry farm. He attended West Virginia University and received bachelor and master’s degrees in Agricultural biochemistry and Animal nutrition (Poultry) in 2014 and 2016, respectively. Kolby began his insurance career in 2023 and holds licensing in Property & Casualty. Farm insurance is his primary focus, striving to help farmers like himself understand and get the coverage they need in an ever-changing agricultural market. Kolby is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, golfing, hiking, and exploring national parks with his fiancé, Sarah.
Roger Morris

Roger is a lifelong resident of northeast Arkansas and spent his early years working on a large family-owned hog operation and feed mill. From there he moved on to managing a retail ag supply store and grain elevator. The roots of agriculture run deep in Roger so the transition into agricultural focused insurance was a natural and easy step for him. He also has extensive experience in life, health and personal lines insurance. Clients have trusted Roger with their insurance needs since 1997. He enjoys traveling, hiking, riding motorcycles and spending time with his large family.

West is a lifelong resident of southwest Arkansas, where he grew up raising cattle and horses and working in poultry houses during winter and summer breaks. West attended Southern Arkansas University, where he received a degree in finance. His insurance career started in early 2021 after he became licensed in Life & Health as well as Property & Casualty. When not at work, West enjoys competing in rodeos, training rope horses, and golfing.

Thomas is a lifelong resident of northwest Arkansas. He grew up working on his family’s multigenerational farm in Huntsville. Thomas attended Arkansas Tech University where he achieved a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and other outdoor activities as well as continuing to help his family on the farm.
Dawson Schafersman

Dawson is from Arlington, Nebraska where he currently resides with his wife Megan. He was raised on his family farm just south of Hooper, NE where he still helps his brother and grandpa in his freee time. Dawson Graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May of 2017 with a degree in Agronomy. He started in the insurance industry in 2017 as a crop insurance adjuster and later became a licensed Property & Casualty agent specializing in Farm Insurance in the summer of 2021. When not working, Dawson enjoys anything sports related, playing with his dog Brutus and skiing with his wife.
Heather Tarno

Heather resides in Piggott, AR with her husband, Chris and their youngest daughter, Emmah. She gained interest in the agriculture industry from occasionally working with her husband, which eventually turned into an interest on the insurance side. Heather received her license in Life & Health, as well as Property & Casualty in 2020. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, hunting, fishing, the occasional game of golf, working out and traveling when her schedule permits.
